We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss your publishing project, and provide any services you ask us about. We do not use a website enquiry to add you automatically to a marketing mailing list.

Your enquiry is transmitted through our website hosting and email services so that it can reach Tricorn Publishing. Service providers may process the information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond to an enquiry, manage a project, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us about the personal information you have sent to us, or ask us to correct or delete it where applicable.
